My 7 year old Yorkie developed a black spot, about the size of a kernel of corn around her pee pee. This happened six months ago, and she seems fine.

Today I noticed another spot. They are black and almost look like dirt, but they won't disappear. She does not fuss with them, at all.

Does anyone know what this is, and have you seen this in your loved one?
