Thanks for the warm wishes, everybody! I needed a boost this morning, and you did it. Alison, that's going to be the tough part. I'm going to keep him in an xpen in the living room most of the time. He definitely won't have free run of the house.

I'm told he won't have a cast, and they want him to put weight on it right away. I think back to Jack's surgery for the same thing. He had full use of it the day they took his cast off. Hopefully Eddie is as tough as his brother.
