Hi Dennis,
I've known what goes on in the streets for about 26 years.
Our society today is not like it was 20 years ago and people are scared. You don't know what someone might have in their homes and to take unnecessary risks under any circumstance is dangerous.
With all the stories on the news from Florida, everyone is scared. Missing children and what people are capable of doing to their own families is horrible.
The only reason I posted was because depending on the department in the city, the human society works out of police department. They are scanned when any animal is pick up and returned straight to the owners.
I didn't want her to take matters into her own hands because if any harm comes from trying to remove Cookie from her and she hurt, Gen will have other legal problems to deal with.
Sorry I upset you but if you've experienced what I've seen maybe you would be looking at this situation in a different light.
I won't be on today... off to Chemo.
Hope Cookie is returned safe and it's a good outcome.
