Guess from ,my perspective I think you are so lucky your dog go's outside only cause it has taken me quite some time to get my two year old to do it outside all the time

He will still pee on a pad if it rains etc.

I am not sure how to retrain her. I guess maybe just dont let her out when she wants to go out and take her to the pad or take a pad outside for her to go on and bring it in? My concern is that she will get confused and maybe start to pee anywhere like your rug etc.

Hope you are sure about it as it would maybe be easier to let the pups learn from her to go outside?
