Default Training an outdoor housebroken dog to use a pee pad?

Hi all -

I have 3 yorkies: 1 adult and 2 pups.

My pups are really great with using a pee pad. My breeder had already started their training for me so I really havent had much training to do for them in that department....as long as I keep their roaming area small
What I've been trying to is to train my adult yorkie to pee pad which has been trained to go outside for that last year and a 1/2 since we brought her home.

Have any of you tried to pee pad train an already outside trained dog? Any tips? I've started to try and get her to use the pee pad but she absolutely refuses to go on it since she has been told not to go in the house for 1 1/2 years now i thought seeing the puppies use the pee pads would help her and I even got her really excited when her bladder was full so she would leak a little and wiped it up with the pad so she could smell her own scent...but no luck so far.
I'm not really sure what to try next. All I know is that I would really like to get her trained indoors so I don;t have to shovel for her to go pee this winter

any suggestions?

Thanks!
