I am sorry to have attacked you. Please know that my love for animals sometimes gets in my way of the human factor. This was a terrible situation that you were placed in by the pet store.
We had bought a Schnauzer from a breeder once. Frisky was a cute puppy and well behaved. Then she started acting strange. We took her to the vet and it turned out her skull did not cover her entire head. After countless vet visits Frisky had to be put down. The vet told us that it didn't matter how long it had been, we needed to alert the breeder who was in another state about the matter and demand a refund and for her to reimburse us for the vet bills. She eventually did, but I knew even though Frisky's life was short, we made her comfortable and loved her in our home and hearts. I really couldn't imagine giving up Frisky when she needed us the most.
Anyway, that is where I was coming from and I do hope you can continue to give us updates on Lucas. Yorkies are wonderful companions and love unconditionally.
Sincerely,
Sonya |
