Hi,
You have to find out what really excites her be it a treat or a toy and entice her with that. Also you have to be supper animated and excited as well she will follow. Does she know any commands like sit, stay, down teaching those creates a great bond between you and the dog, and can be transitioned into other things she can do with the kids.
