I had two girls give birth within a 24 hour period. Mom #2 did not really care to look after her babies, so I gave them to Mom #1. She was just as pleased as punch "goody, two more babies" and she was an excellent mom to them. There was a large size difference so I had to watch that they got enough to eat but that was putting two litters together and this is not a problem in your case. They will probably do just fine and the little mama will be thrilled to have pups to look after.
