the vet said she needs the metronidazole and amoxil to get rid of any infection just in case it's the source of the pancreatitis.
the pepcid and carafate are for her stomach; because she also has gastritis. however i am skipping on the carafate. just the pepcid for a while to keep the stomach acid under control.
