well i would give the meds they suggested.
Also- i would not start with fish- fish has oils in it naturally. If you are going to try something- you need to start with chicken breast or turkey breast- INCREDIBLY low in fat. But try the RX food- that is what she should IDEALLY be on until you get her stabilized and on a proper diet.
