flagyl or metronidazole, amoxil, pepcid, and carafate. should i give her all of them?
i am going to try to feed her the royal canin low fat wet food; but if she doesnt eat should i feed her the tilapia and rice; is tilapia low in fat?
i asked the vet and she said she doesnt know much about homemade food or the tilapia fat content.
I would want to know what each med is specifically for. Metronidazole is usually used for parasites, amoxil would be for an infection. If they feel she has pancreatitis - why the pepcid? and Carafat is an antiulcer medication.

Again, I would urge you to spend the $78 and have a consult with Susan Davis. She will give you fabulous information on creating a diet for Ally and recommend supplements that will actually help heal her rather than slapping a bandage on it.
