Just in defense of the groomer. Was your dog very matted? Many groomers won't deal with a dog that has lots of mats and just shaves them down as it is much easier. Years ago when I had a poodle mix, I was very lax in keeping her combed and brushed. When I finally took her to the groomer and they showed me just how matted she was I learned a valuable lesson and have been much more carful about not letting my dogs get matted up. |
