awwwwwww man, I hate when that happens....but yeah, I don't there is a yorkie on the planet that hasn't had to deal w/at least one (or more) bad hair-cuts...Mom to Hot Rod has the right idea...Also, write down on a 4x6 notecard, exactly, what you want done, and read it to the groomer, outloud, then hand it to her, lest she forgets...btw, welcome to YT...you can always get a hug here, when things aren't looking so good...
