I had to tape Chloe's ears to get them up and they still want to droop sometimes, but Lacey's ears were up when we got her as a pup and never droop. Chloe's hair is heavier, cottony and Lacey's is silky. I think weight and teething are probably the factors. You can tape them, sprinkle Carnation Instant Milk on her food and massage them often to strengthen.
