I am surprised how many members are from TN...you need to form a group to learn and understand why puppymills are allowed to exist in your state and what it takes to close down these places. You need a plan of action to write letters to your legal system. There is power in numbers are you can make a change.
Go for it and save a few dogs. You will feel great.
