You know Mary, that was probably the most beautiful sight in all my years of going to NYC! They pretty much had the streets cleared by the time the older classes started. Tonia made it over from the hotel Penn that year as did Troy. But it was something else to see! Then the next year was so freaking cold LOL...but that is why I love NY...expect the unexpected LOL...
I always make my hotel reservations in June or July for NY and my airfare either in August and sometimes before...this year I didn't book my flight until early October because of the airfare being so high!
