I'm a vegan, so just the thought of eating any kind of meat just turns me totally off. We have an holistic vegan food store that is acturally making up some type of soy based "meat" with dressing and all. You may want to find out if you have a store like that in your area. I'm just going to make up my own dressing, cranberry sauce and a polenta casserole and have some fresh squash and steamed collard greens and kale. Yum. |
