I had the same problem with Brooklynn. I just took a milk jug, and filled it with water and put it on the pee-pad. She has not torn it up in about 2 or 3 weeks. Now I am starting to slowly move it off the pad hoping to get rid of it soon. I must also say, this was a suggestion that was given to me by a YT'er a few weeks back! Good luck!
