My opinion is that while it could be a great idea to teach Dog Grooming and Training as a "trade", it would not be a good practice to teach Breeding as a "trade".
In my belief, Breeding is a passion, a lifetime commitment, is EXTREMELY complicated and risky for the Mama and Pups - and takes years of Mentoring/learning before you should actually proceed with a first litter. Personally, I would not teach people about breeding unless they have a burning passion and seek to find that path for themselves...otherwise, a little information can be dangerous for the dogs.
