Pad holders don't stop our dogs. After several days in a row of coming home to a shredded pee pad and pee all over our kitchen floor, my boyfriend decided to just tape the pad down. So far, it seems to be working. We can tell they are trying to pull at the pad, but they haven't been able to move it. The only down side is now we have sticky areas from the tape.
