But my Mike is a little guy
he was three lbs when this was taking place I didn't want any health issues
so I tried everything
I even made a meatloaf with ground beef and chopped liver
but they STILL were not really eating
But my changing hteir diet upset their stomachs and made matters worse
requiring 2 trips to the vets because of vomiting
What I would suggest is get a good kibble mix it with a good puppy canned food and stick with that
Try some plain chicken or turkey every once in awhile too |
You are soooo right! I can't tell you how many different kinds of food I have purchased for Buster. Maggie will eat anything, she just wants to eat! But if Buster thinks you will give him something else, he can wait very patiently. He will sit a perfect sit and not move while I eat, the whole time he has a glimmer of hope that when I finish, he will get what I left. Put it down, they will eat. I have learned to put it down and walk away. If they don't want it now, they will.
