I have a good feeling that you'll be with Cookie again very soon!
Just said a prayer to St. Anthony (patron Saint of lost & found) to
guide Cookie back home to you or you to him! |
I just put a flyer on the side of each mailbox. I am going out around 6 when most folks get home and start knocking also. I know they might have seen the flyer but I NEED them to see me, my face and my anguish.
I just walked my hubby's yorkie almost 6 blocks and yelled by every house calling his name. The more I called the more I cried.... I need the phone to ring. I'm praying it rings but it hasnt yet . I have to take my hubby with me because I've been breaking down in the middle of a sentence. I know there is a chance that a hawk or something got him. Several neighbors have told me
Maybe a hawk got him?" " OMG he's so little, Im sure someone snatched him up" I am basically ignoring those comments because then I give up.
I did search and find this site findtoto.com . They call all neighbors within a certain mile radius from your house. They record a message that a yorkie is missing& details. If no one picks up they will continue automatic calling or leaving a message. It's a great idea but it's not free. They suggested me paying for 1,000 home phone calls $100. I wish I had that money because I would do it in a heartbeat but all I have right now to help me is my car and my two feet and my fingers typing and posting everywhere I can think of.
I'm sorry I haven't thanked everyone for their prayers and wishes. I read each and every one of them and it helps me to keep going.
I will update soon
