Gen...you need to (if you haven't already) start knocking on
EVERYBODY'S door in your neighborhood and literally talk to
them. If someone locally does have him in their home...and
is thinking they just found a stray, they may have more compassion
seeing you in person knocking at their door and will return him.
I have a good feeling that you'll be with Cookie again very soon!
