I don't know if Oxmoor is "pet friendly", but no one ever said a word to me except when I was in Von Maur. Everyone else says, "look, he's so cute", etc. I enjoyed coffee once at the Starbucks there inside Oxmoor and no one complained there when I was sitting. Also, I have taken my Yorkie in his carrier in Shelbyville Mall and no one complained there, but I don't know if it is "pet friendly". I know a couple employees there and they never said anything to me, and they enjoyed his visit with them. But beware of "the Summit". They don't allow any dogs anywhere on their groundss. They were extremely rude when I got kicked out of a summer outdoor concert.
