I would conact a local rescue near you on petfinder.com you can do search by area and talk to the rescue and tell them your situation and see if they can work out a payment plan, etc and see if they will work with you. If not i can refer you to a rescue that I know of that will take her but they i do not believe will do a payment plan
I can check though and i will email them now.
