But I can't put her on my laps for the whole night, I even couldn't go to toilet because she would start to bark if she didn't see me. She has changed a lot in these 2 weeks, there's no reason why she want to stick with me and she chose not to listen to "Quiet"
Please don't get me wrong, of course I love her and would love to have her by my side for whole night, but it didn't work because I have house chores and some work need to be done at night, I couldn't even go to toilet..
Now I have to accompany her every nights, and if I'm not at home, there's no one in my family could stop her. That's why I need to find a way to stop her from barking non stop |
There IS a reason, and you just said it. She is a velcro dog and just wants to be with you all the time. When she's not right up next toyou she is sad. But I find it hard to believe that she is at full bark all the time. Seems to me it would be more like constant whining, that's more understandable.
Anyway, i suggest
really trying, not just taking one suggestion and trying it once and giving up. Training is hard, it's easier to just give up and say I don't know. Please don't give up. The last thing we all want to happen is for you to get in trouble or kicked out b/c of your doggie.
I understand you can't have her on your lap 24/7 but perhaps on your lap while you are watching TV or when you are reading or something. When you have to do something, give her a bully stick. Those things are the best babysitters. Have you tried those BTW? I swear I give Uni one and I don't see her or hear her for hours.
