I feel bad for you as I know i have spent a ton on vet bills for mine and it is just not cheap anymore with vet bills in having a dog. I am running out of options to help out especially since you will not be able to afford if she does get to a vet school facility -- can you try to call the vet school to see if they can work out a payment plan for you if you can get her transported there?
