I am well aware of cold I live in alberta and 30 below is normal at least part of the winter but if you warm the car and keep the house warm enough for you to be comfortable then the dog will be fine as well.
use heating bags and take it slow with getting them use to cloths that it will be ok. But calling the dislike of cloths and the behaviour it causes as aggression is not accutate and leads to punihment of the dog not training.
