When I graduated my sister gave me a cardiac stethascope that is awesome. She had it engraved with my name. She also purchased my RN pin. (when you graduate it is a pinning instead of a traditional graduation)
Also a charm necklace or bracelet is great. I have a catalog at home that has a bunch of neat things for a nursing graduation.
