Unless it's copyrighted (the design) it's free for the taking and yes you can copyright a design btw.

Now on a moral standing it is very disrespectful to steal and yes I mean steal someone's design. It's especially low of the person if the original designer helps that person out answering all the questions and even sharing their resources. I have seen the bows in question and they are a direct rip-off of the original designer. I would be pissed off too. Please Deb don't drag up the whole bow thing again out of spite towards the original designer.

I understand times are tough and everyone is trying to survive but the person should really get creative and think up their own designs. Just my 2 cents.
