When I fed NV, I always would cut it up into at least 8 pieces and serve it always in a stainless steel dish. Snick stopped eating it and now we are using Primal. I actully like Primal ALOT more. This company is incredible and their website it top notch with all kinds of information. Primal does not make any type of kibble, they feel raw is the only way to go and the only type of diet they sell.
Nv is wonderful as well and it works so great for so many people. Snick's stellar good looks are all from the 8 months of Nv he ate. I cannot rave about a raw diet enough!!
Someone earlier asked about price. I paid 23 dollars for a 4lb bag of Primal nuggets which has 64 nuggets in it. I use 2 nuggets a day so it is about $0.72 cents a day for me to feed Snick raw. If I ffed Snick a rotation diet (raw in the morn and kibble in the evening) then its about $0.35 cents a day for raw plus whatever the kibble would total. So is raw more expensive--YES!! Is it worth it?? COMPLETELY!!!!!!
Personally I would not mix the kibble and the raw. I have a few times that feeding kibble and raw together could hurt the digestive system and if you're feeding a rotation diet, to allow about 6 hours between feeding kibble and raw. I could be wrong about this, please be sure to check for yourself
