He maybe having a bout of enteritis....inflamation of the intestines....in that case his temp will be below normal....tummy growling......or it could be pancreatitis....hamburger has fat....might want to put him on steamed rice and steamed chicken, boneless, skinless.

Your best bet is to get him to the vet.
