That happened to me the first time too. Well, I had an experienced stud but he and Zoe were only able to tie one time briefly. So the next time, I pulled out all the stops. All kinds of testing, progesterone testing every few days the whole thing. Even brought them to the vet for ai and the stud was too nervous and that night they were able to tie FINALLY! She had a very nice litter. I know how disappointing it is! I kept hoping that the ultrasound was wrong and held out a small glimmer of hope right until the end. But the next time, things went so well and I hope that happens for you too. I don't know why it didn't work the first time but I think maybe Zoe just needed more maturity....
