14 months seems a bit old to me, but I'm not a vet. We are taking Jack in next Saturday for vaccine booster and heart worm and I am going to ask the vet about his teeth. He has a couple that I noticed are coming in and the baby ones are not falling out yet - no wonder why it hurts so much when he bites.... LOL
