Metro can actually build up in the system and be tough on *some* dogs and they start to show symptoms. But I'm not sure this is what's happening w/ your dog...it sounds like maybe she should see the vet again.

Does your baby have a history of hypoglycemic episodes at all? Next time she gets shaky, give her some Nutrical, or a some Karo syrup or some cracker or something to eat quick...if the shakiness goes away after that...then she was probably hypogly.
