So they HOA's can be obsene)

Anyways so they came and my grandparents signed a RELEASE (we were very angry when we found out its pretty much there fault but they had no clue what they were doing and didnt bother to call us because it seemed so "official" they said) so they took the dogs to a shelter and they told my grandparents that they were putting them in a pound (not that they were killing them) well the shelter within the 20 minutes to 30 or so minutes it took us to get there deemed that our dogs were unfit to re-home and that they would not find a foster or adoptive family so they killed them. They went from our home to dead within a couple hours. so it was a TERRIBLE situation. If you dont belive me you dont have to but it happened. We did want to sue but we have been focusing on relocation first before anything else. Anyways so this new pup will probably only be in this home for a few months.

anyways I hope that fills in the gray area. If you would like me to go into more detail I can.

A release was signed that is the part that was missing.
I am sorry this happened to your family and wish you good
luck with your new pup. However, I would be moving to a safer
and more welcoming neighborhood.
