Are you kidding me? You allowed them to have the dog's or they
just took them and had them killed? This is America and I have
never in my life heard such nonsence! You may have had to get
rid of them within a certain amount of time but there is no way
your going to tell me these people took your dog's and had them
killed without you knowing about it! And the pound did this without
your permission! Sorry this bucket of nonsence just dosen't hold water!
I see major lawsuits, snooty people or not. No one can kill another's
dog in a kill shelter without the original owner giving the ok.
There's a piece of the story missing here. |
Yes there is I just didnt think everyone would want to read this. Well they came when the family was out to church on a sunday morning and told my grandparents who live here that they were taking the dogs away because they were in code violations (and if this seems far fetched there is a HOA here in california I belive I'm not 100% sure where but they are evicting a 6 year old who's mother is on crack and in rehab from her grandparents home where she currently lives because she's not 55+ and not able to live in the senior housing. So they HOA's can be obsene)
Anyways so they came and my grandparents signed a RELEASE (we were very angry when we found out its pretty much there fault but they had no clue what they were doing and didnt bother to call us because it seemed so "official" they said) so they took the dogs to a shelter and they told my grandparents that they were putting them in a pound (not that they were killing them) well the shelter within the 20 minutes to 30 or so minutes it took us to get there deemed that our dogs were unfit to re-home and that they would not find a foster or adoptive family so they killed them. They went from our home to dead within a couple hours. so it was a TERRIBLE situation. If you dont belive me you dont have to but it happened. We did want to sue but we have been focusing on relocation first before anything else. Anyways so this new pup will probably only be in this home for a few months.
anyways I hope that fills in the gray area. If you would like me to go into more detail I can.
