I think she looks fine too. They are growing so fast that a couple weeks can make a big difference at that age. I'm not going to get on the CKC bandwagon, since my Sophie is also CKC, but be aware of what you are getting. CKC papers are much much easier to get than AKC papers, and most breeders that have had their AKC license revoked, go to CKC.
As for the breeding, I debated for a while weather to breed Sophie just once and finally decided against it. My Sophie has grade 1 bilateral luxating patellas so she wasn't a great candidate for being a mom. In addition, I just read a thread the other day about someone who lost all her puppies over the course of the 1st week. That is heartbreaking and I'm sure she also incurred a lot of vet bills. This breed is so tiny and you have to be careful to find a small male, it just gets complicated. I had pekingese before I became addicted to Yorkies and let me tell you, breeding is a calling. It is a lot of work cleaning up after puppies and a mama dog eats a lot of food. The extra food added in with vet bills for shots, etc, there is little to no money to be made in breeding dogs. Sorry about all this, I just want to make sure you realize you know what you may be getting into here.
My opinion is if you want the puppy, get the puppy, just bear in mind, she's most likely a pet quality Yorkie but I really love my 2 pet quality Yorkies.
