I would assume(and I know one should never) that it works the same with yorkiepoos.
If you intend to breed this pup, he is already a 1st generation, although you will probably have very cute pups, you will not have the proper mix unless you breed to the proper generation, and no way of knowing what the pups will look like.
Would also like to mention that My daughter went home and when I next saw Maddy, she looked like the dog in the Grinch who stole Christmas! Two months later her coat changed and she looked the way she was supposed to, Adorable. Good luck, and do your research!
Hi Trixter! well I would just like to clarify when I wrote this first message I was being completley honest and saying the entire situation however I reget doing so because I did not know this site was filled with people who would hack it to peices haha. So I have to clarify on a few things and maybe edit my intial post to help people understand all the other jiberish that had nothing to do with answering my question. Haha! So I was just going to say the dog I am getting is a Pure Bred CKC Registered Yorkshire Terrier with champs in the fathers line. So she is not a Yorkiepoo. I just mentioned about the Yorkiepoo because that was the dog I was going to get intially (whom ever is reading this can yell all they want but its a pet so I'm not being racist and discriminating against breeds just because there mixed) But yes. I did wish to breed her. And give the pups away to my family members remember its not about money it was just for the experience. But yes I would never breed first gen because It would be off. I intended to have my mix breed spayed if I ended up getting her wich I did not. Anways. Thanks for sharing about the breeding and your Cock-A-Poo! the more info I can get the better so Thank you
