I actually do! I took the first pic w/ my D40 and I had to bounce the flash bc you need a LOT of light for food photography and natural light just does not always cut it, so I bounced. With direct flash, food photography looks absolutely
horrible. I made these cherry "cakelets" - and they were de-lish!
The 2nd pic is with my D90, flash bounced - it is of a Lab I recently rescued, Ella (she has heartworm and was dumped in my 'hood
). If she had direct flash on her face, her eyes would be all reflect-y, instead, you see her gorgeous soulful, rich brown eyes.
