The little one is the olne that needs Mom the molst.
When I have atiny one, I remove the others for 5 minutes, every 2 hours to make sure he gets to eat first.
Then I put the rest back, but keep my hands around him so the others do not push him off.
I do this day and night, every 2 hours. I also make sure that he gets the plumbest teat so he does not have to struggle to get milk.
