I'm sure if words have been exchanged, I doubt the breeder would be willing to take the puppy back. But it sounds as though you're friends with the breeder still, maybe she'd be more inclined to listen to you? Just a thought. Maybe you could be the peacemaker in this situation.

I know lots of breeders don't guarantee against luxating patellas and/or collapsing tracheas as these are not life threatening, but a grade 4 is pretty severe. And as far as cardia arythmia, I don't know much about that. ??? I just hope everything settles down some and that this person who was "ripped off" is able to get things straightened out. Hoping things get better!
