Some yorkies (like mine) take a lot longer to house break. Teddy is now almost a year old and he is only now becoming able to hold it in his crate for 4-5 hours. I use a petsitter for a midday visit and this has worked beautifully. He gets tired and it is fun for all three to have a visitor when I'm not around. I think you will be happy with the dog walker option and this may make accidents less frequent.
