I am not fond of anything on the front of the neck, even if they tout it does not put pressure on the dog's throat I don't trust them.

Wend, I looked at that style and wondered if the leather would chafe against the dog's moving legs. Is it comfortable for long walks?

How old is your Luna? Max turns 1 this month and he appears to have stopped growing. He'll probably have another growth spurt right after I invest in a lot of non-adjustable gear.
