I have to agree. I could understand if no one was able to get in contact with her, but if she can get on her email she can drop a line to those she is doing business with. Most people on YT are very understanding... But if not given an option what other choice is there but to warn others. This is not the first person this has happened to... And some of those from the previous thread are still owed.
