Yes she is.....I spoke with Deana and told her about the Kijiji add. Not sure Kijiji is the place you need to air these things. But all I can say is not everyone had a BAD experience with Deana. I would definitely buy another dog from her. She does care and even 1.5 years later still remembers my Nikki.
