We have a 4 month old YorkiePoo. His hair is pretty wavy like a poodle and around his behind its more "crimpy" like someone took a crimping iron to his hair. I don't have any pictures available on the computer I'm on but I've got a few threads with pictures of him.
He needs to be brushed regularly otherwise he will get mats and he looks like a little rag muffin..
He is a little overdue for a haircut but we've been having some health problems so we're not ready to bring him to the groomers yet.
