Hey Brit, we learned touch in obedience class and it's pretty neat. I've taken it and had them do other things with it. Such as as I have them jumping from one surface to another to "touch". Then I will tell them to go over and "touch" daddy and come back to me for their treat. So basically, you can teach them to incorporate their trick to do other tricks. lol
In addition to your list:
we do jumping thru a hoop,
sit pretty,
speak (only Hot Rod)
