Bailey was neutered Oct 9th at a little over 25 weeks and was sent home without pain meds too. He was crying and shaking the first night, I was quite upset at my vet for not giving me meds for him. He was fine the next day, but I had to make sure he wore a sweater that prevented him from licking his stitches. I wish you all the best with your little guy!
