I have two pups - 10 months and 10 weeks. The older one came with Pro Plan and the younger came with Eukanuba. I don't feed either of those brands so I switched them both as soon as we got home. It's not that I didn't trust the breeders or listen to what advise they gave - I just had my own opinions about what foods I want to feed them. I tried raw a little while ago but didn't really have a good experience with it.
So, you should do what you think is best for your little guys but I'd bet the new owners will switch the pups to what ever they want. If you do go only raw, it might be a little harder for the new owners to introduce kibble. And with yorkies being so tiny when pups, not eating could be dangerous.
